Hajia Ayisha works with the Committees Department of Parliament of Ghana serving on the Parliamentary Select Committee on Public Account. She has served under various committees of Parliament as Assistant Clerk for the past eleven (11) years. Prior to joining Parliament, she has worked with the Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) for seventeen (17) years.

Hajia Ayisha holds a Diploma in Public Finance and Accounting from Institute of Accountancy Training, a B.SC degree in Public Administration from the University of Ghana, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Public Administration from GIMPA, and MA in Social Policy Studies from the University of Ghana. Hajia Ayisha has acquired international exposure studying with the Lok Sabha Parliament of India. She is happily married with children.
