Mr. Sumani B. A. Rashid is the Regional Administrative Officer at the Western Regional Office of the Zakat and Sadaqa Trust Fund in Ghana. Boasting a background in education and administration, he previously served as the Head Teacher at Datoyili Junior Secondary School under the Ghana Education Service in 2005. Additionally, Mr. Rashid serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Muslim Vocational Training and Agricultural Institute and holds the role of Executive Secretary for the Ghana Muslim Health Service.

In his career expedition, Mr. Rashid has gained certification as a member of UTZ and Goizper Group, showcasing his commitment to industry standards. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Settlement Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in 2011 and a High National Diploma Certificate in Marketing from the Tamale Technical University in 2005. His educational journey also includes a Teacher Certificate ‘A’ from the Tamale Training College in 1999, and he holds a Certificate in Islamic Banking.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Rashid is a dedicated family man, being married with four children. His personal interests encompass training, research, and active engagement in community works.
