THE NIGHT OF POWER EVENT

Through Parliament House, Government has provided a platform dubbed “Night of Power” for managers of Zakat Fund to account for their stewardship to stakeholders.

Government takes keen interest in the activities of Zakat Fund by often supporting and sending high powered representation that includes The President or Vice President, Speaker of Parliament, Chief Justice, Ministers of State, Diplomatic corps to the annual event.

Intercessory prayers are said at the annual event for the various arms of government.

The Night of Power event also serves as a fundraising dinner night where donations are made towards Zakat Fund's activities.
